Ed Miller is the kind of contractor everyone hopes to find: honest, straightforward, helpful, and knowledgeable.  His two installers, Adam and Ruben, were very hardworking, professional, neat, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. Finally, the office manager, Jamie, was a pleasure to speak with by phone and always kept me up-to-date with everything related to my project. The entire experience of purchasing my new trane package system, from the first time I met Ed, until the project was completed and approved by the city inspector, was very, very smooth and efficient.
